Art Speaks

We can be our own hardest critics, whether we haven’t picked up a crayon since grade school or are experienced artists. Art can be a great way to create inner dialogue to help you process feelings you don’t quite have the words for. A doodle on a page, an abstract collage, or a small clay creation can be effective ways to find meaning. Together, we can put meaning to your emotions, and it is deeply cathartic. And it can be a powerful way to give words and meaning to that feeling.

Please check back Art Speaks Blog for information and some creative prompts are in the works.

Note: No art experience necessary for our sessions. It is about process, not the product.

“I could say things with color and shape that I couldn’t’ say any other way – things I had no words for…”
